The Taboo Tricolore

This really shouldn't add, but it really does!!

Betwixt two slices of bread, buttered or not, add in this order:

Marmite (or other yeast spread product)
Cheese, thinly sliced
Tomato, fresh from the vine of possible
Egg, boiled and sliced (though poached might be fantastic)
Avocado, ripe and sliced
Mayonnaise

Then enjoy!

It's a great summer sandwich, full of goodness, washed down with a gin and tonic would be quite the most perfect way to enjoy the delicate fusion of flavour.
