The Sausage and Cheese Treat
There is an air of decadence to this treat of a sandwich,
and the best sausage to use for me would be the good old English; having said
that, this gathering of bread meat and dairy could also be made using a proper
German frankfurter, just perfect for Christmas time.
Betwixt a bap or two slices of good thick bread, place:
English Mustard
The Sausage, cut into four slices or two sausages cut in
half (depending on the girth of your jaw)
Cheddar Cheese
Tomatoes, sliced
mayonnaise
Slip your teeth into it and enjoy the flavour burst of
excitement that exudes from this concoction of delight.
